Artist Management

Artists are entrepreneurs.
The most successful ones recognize this early and approach their studio practice like a business: strategically, intentionally, and with long-term vision. As their careers grow, they begin to delegate the tasks that pull them away from the creative work, allowing them to focus on what they do best: making art.
